Assistant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at the Russell Tavern in Dalby. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and training our team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including open/close procedures, back-of-house administration, and guest services
  • Develop and implement business growth initiatives to drive revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive cultural excellence
Requirements:
  • Proven hospitality leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, guests, and stakeholders
  • Strong operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive business results
  • Current industry qualifications, including RSA, RSG, and RMLV
