About the Role

The Facilities Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of infrastructure across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and auditing Essential Safety Measures (ESMs) to meet legislative and internal standards.
  • Cordinating maintenance and upgrades of mechanical and fire systems.
  • Implementing standardised contractor methodologies and performance benchmarks.
  • Supporting operations through proactive asset management and emergency readiness.
  • Management of asset capturing, asset register, and the planned preventative maintenance program.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in managing safety, mechanical, and fire systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic change and innovative problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to manage resources and staff performance.
  • Expertise in contract management and compliance with safety regulations.
