About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the Gaming Attendant position at our esteemed establishment.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will actively engage with patrons, promote our products, and create memorable moments that exceed their expectations.

  • You will contribute positively to our culture of responsibility by ensuring safety protocols are in place and RSA/Gaming regulations are adhered to.
  • Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks efficiently, in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

  • Hold current industry RSA/RSG/RCG qualifications.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess flexibility in scheduling across various shifts.
