Electronics Sales Lead

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and innovative people person with a positive energy ready to lead their team to success. With a passion for electronics, they will drive sales to achieve and exceed targets, emphasizing technical, merchandising, and sales techniques to grow sales within the store.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales growth through effective leadership and customer service skills;
- Emphasizing technical, merchandising, and sales techniques to enhance customer experience;
- Focusing on store development and implementation of strategic activities;
- Communicating sales targets and goals to the team and refocusing as required;
- Leading by example through all store procedures to ensure efficient store management;
- Providing training and supporting the development of team members;
- Identifying and managing areas of underperformance in store and working with the team and area manager to improve their skills;
- Managing general store expenses, petty cash, and expenditure;
- Rostering and payroll approval responsibilities.
The successful candidate will possess previous store management experience in retail, confident communication skills to support customers and team members appropriately, excellent time management skills and experience in dealing with multiple priorities, and a drive to succeed and grow within the business.
