We are seeking an experienced Tech Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining sales relationships across Australia and New Zealand, as well as engaging engineering teams to provide technical support in application usage.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage channel partners and direct customers to maximize account value and drive new business opportunities.
  • Improve market awareness of product offerings and increase design-in activities.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and interface with key clients.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions with channel partners and key customers to share product information and understand market trends.

About the Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of technical sales experience in the electronics components industry. An Application Engineering background is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be technically competent, with a semiconductor or passives background preferred. They will be a self-starter, flexible, and possess a can-do attitude. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively are essential. A degree or diploma in Electronics is highly desirable.

Key Requirements:

The following are some of the key requirements for this role:

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of semiconductor or passives technology, experience with application engineering, and proficiency in sales techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Electronics or a related field is highly desirable.
