Financial Assistance Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as a Financial Assistance Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and assistance to our customers during their most critical moments.

Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and analyze applications for financial hardship assistance, assess the client's situation comprehensively, and articulate suitable financial remedies.
