As a Social Work Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers and students in delivering exceptional care to patients with complex needs.

  • You will provide clinical guidance and supervision to junior social workers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that improve service delivery.

They will also conduct research and participate in education programs to support staff and students.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Social Work degree and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW).
  • Extensive postgraduate relevant clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in management and team leadership.
