About the Role: As our Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Early Learning Centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements. You will model leadership, creativity, and innovation while maintaining a safe and positive environment for all.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of our Early Learning Centre
- Maintain compliance with company policies and legislative requirements
- Lead and inspire our team of Early Learning professionals

Requirements: Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care, Minimum 3 years experience in a current ELC Centre Manager/Director role, Proven experience in understanding and supporting accounts, rosters & staff needs, positive culture, building & engaging community presence, and driving occupancy growth.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
