We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role.
- The successful candidate will provide advanced clinical practice and support within the Mental Health Acute Inpatient Service.
- This position involves guiding clinical practice across the unit to support patient-centred care objectives, working closely with colleagues to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Nurse with AHPRA and annual practising certificate are essential for this position.
- Vaccination against certain vaccine-preventable diseases is mandatory.
