Workday Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to administer, configure, and optimize the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the platform, including configuration, business process maintenance, security, and user access.

  • System Administration: This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the Workday platform, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring data security.
  • Project Management: As a key member of our team, you will lead or support Workday-related projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that meet their needs.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday support and other third-party vendors or consultants.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use the system effectively.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable regulations.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Significant experience in Workday administration and modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Workday reporting and calculated fields.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
