This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in valuation and make a meaningful contribution to our organization. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and relationship management skills, be able to achieve results through efficient use of resources, and demonstrate a commitment to quality outcomes.
The role involves developing skills to become a qualified valuer and upon conclusion of the graduate program may result in obtaining Associate membership with the Australian Property Institute.
The graduate program includes rotations across different teams within our organization, which will give you a wide breadth of training and learning experiences.
About Us
We are an independent statutory office that oversees the State's land valuation system. Our organization delivers the valuation system for rating and taxing purposes via delegation of the Valuer General of NSW.
Our organization makes over 2.7 million valuations annually, with a total value of approximately $3 trillion. We also manage compulsory acquisition determinations in situations where government cannot reach agreement, totalling over $1 billion per annum.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Student Member or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute
- Completion of, or undertaking, qualifications that meet the eligibility requirements to apply for Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel
