Team Leader - Kitchen Operations
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, including production, staff supervision, and quality control.
- Manage kitchen production, ensuring high-quality food is produced in a timely manner.
- Supervise and motivate a team of kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. They will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Kitchen Manager with tasks such as generating delivery schedules, training staff, managing stock and produce, and ensuring production times are kept within limits.
- Managing staff performance and productivity, running team meetings and trainings, and contributing to continuous improvement and development.
- Leading by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, organization, reliability, and punctuality skills.
