Senior Product Manager Role


Join our dynamic team to drive the growth and evolution of telecommunications product capabilities. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a strategic leadership role in delivering innovative solutions that address customer needs and create competitive differentiation.


About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position responsible for driving development and execution of product roadmaps, including ideation, business casing, introduction, and lifecycle management. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in product management, with expertise in telecommunications technologies and a proven track record of taking products to market.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define product vision: Contribute to broader product strategy aligned with market needs and technology trends.
  • Competitive intelligence and customer insight: Influence roadmap direction using competitive intelligence and customer insight.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering architects and commercial stakeholders to define, design and deliver product capabilities that solve customer problems and scale with business growth.
  • Product lifecycle management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned product sets, reviewing performance metrics, driving enhancements, and managing transitions.
  • Vendor and partner relationships: Own relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure delivery of commercial and technical outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in product management, with expertise in telecommunications technologies.
  • A minimum of 5 years taking products to market – defining, business casing, designing, and executing on a product vision.
  • Expert product ideation and conceptualisation skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of two or more of the following product portfolios within the telecommunications sector: Business telecommunications connectivity solutions, Integrated calling solutions, Network internet, Security firewall, and SASE.
