Electrical Instructor Position

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering classroom or workplace training to students from diverse backgrounds.

Our ideal candidate will possess vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed, along with current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided. They should also demonstrate evidence of undertaking professional development in vocational training and learning.

The Electrical instructor will be expected to impart their industry knowledge and experience to students using various delivery methods. This includes creating engaging lesson plans and assessing student progress throughout the course.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in the Electrical trade with a strong understanding of teaching and assessment principles.
  • Ability to deliver training in a flexible and adaptable manner, taking into account the diverse needs of students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
