Role Overview

As an Optical Dispenser at National Pharmacies, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on optical products. Your passion for fashion and eyewear will shine as you help customers choose the perfect frames to suit their style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice and solutions for their optical needs.
  • Ensure our optical stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked, creating a welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
  • A methodical approach and attention to detail.
  • A flair for fashion and helping customers choose a frame that suits them.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • The ability to work effectively in, and contribute to, a committed team.
  • Willingness to continue learning about the products and services offered by National Pharmacies.
