About the Role

Casual Optical Dispenser sought for National Pharmacies' Norwood Optical team.

As an Optical Dispenser, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on optical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service and consultations to ensure customers receive the best advice and solutions for their optical needs.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked optical store environment, ensuring customers feel welcome and engaged.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers and promote our products and services.
  • Work across multiple locations as a Casual Optical Dispenser.
Requirements
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to diverse customers with varying optical needs.
  • A methodical approach and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • A flair for fashion and ability to help customers choose frames that suit them.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to continue learning about our products and services.
