Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a remote property in the beautiful Flinders Ranges, South Australia. The role of Housekeeping Supervisor will involve overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping department, including staff training and supervision, allocations of cleaning schedules and rooms, hands on cleaning, making beds, cleaning and servicing rooms, laundry duties, room checks, general common area cleaning, liaising with reception in regards to room departures and housekeeping progress, ensuring excellence in cleaning standards, working with other department supervisors to ensure the smooth running of the property, and undertaking other general duties as required.

  • Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel, resort or lodge setting is essential.
  • A full commitment for the duration of the 3 month relief contract is necessary.
  • The ability to live and work in a remote destination is also required.
  • A team player with a passion for providing excellence in service is ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills and high organisation are highly valued.
