We are seeking a highly skilled Research Coordinator to oversee the coordination of research projects, ensuring adherence to rigorous research management frameworks and protocols.

This role involves scheduling and supervising casual research officers, verifying recorded hours, maintaining testing stock levels, and providing high-level administrative support to drive project success.

This position requires a proactive approach to improving workflows, strong organisational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic research environment.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • a degree in Psychology or Health Sciences (or other relevant disciplines) with extensive experience and research management expertise
  • research experience including conducting and managing phases of a research project to timely completion
  • sound knowledge of research methodology and experience in developing operating procedure documents
  • good understanding of research ethics and integrity frameworks within an Australian tertiary environment

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and research.
