We are currently seeking applications for an Electrical Apprenticeship position in our team. As a new apprentice, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where you can develop your skills and expertise.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be working as part of a skilled team to install electrical and communications cabling, assist in testing installed systems and equipment, and interpret documentation.

  1. Prepare cable pathways and supports
  2. Install electrical and communications cabling
  3. Identify and terminate electrical and communications cabling
  4. Assist in testing of installed cabling systems and associated equipment
  5. Maintain up-to-date documentation
  6. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  7. Comply with Australian Standards and site requirements
  8. Participate in training and development opportunities
Requirements
  • Commitment to completing a 4-year apprenticeship in Certificate III Electrotechnology
  • Current Driver's Licence with reliable transport
  • Construction General Induction (White Card)
  • Completion of Year 10 or higher education
  • Motivated, shows initiative and willingness to learn
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Diligence to safe work requirements
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
