Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with relevant tax and superannuation obligations, and provide advice to employees on pay, policy updates, and entitlements.

  • Responsibilities include managing contract updates, new starters, and terminations, as well as performing quality control checks and supporting internal audits.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years' experience in payroll, preferably in a mid-sized or complex organisation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Modern Awards, tax and super obligations, and payroll legislation is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel and payroll/accounting systems is also required.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
