Job Role:

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality projects across various technology aspects, including infrastructure upgrades, migrations and implementations.

This role involves collaboration with project stakeholders to achieve assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing project tasks in a timely manner as assigned
  • Assisting in project scoping and reviewing statements of work
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Documenting project steps and implementation details
  • Serving as the point of escalation for project-related issues via the service desk
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements include:

  • Relevant IT certifications
  • 7+ years of experience in IT or equivalent field
  • Experience with Microsoft server technologies, Azure and virtualisation technologies
  • Strong understanding of ITIL service delivery methodologies
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with backup technologies
