About The Role

Specialist Asset Managers play a pivotal role in shaping the future of dam safety.

This position involves developing and implementing processes to ensure world-class performance in dam safety management, driving innovation through project delivery and oversight of project intent.

You will lead projects, build relationships, and bring modern dam safety management strategies to life, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

  • Provide technical expertise as dam safety subject matter expert in asset management.
  • Program and lead dam safety and other asset class condition inspections, design reviews, engineering analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Develop surveillance regimes and analyze collected data, interpreting observations and queries from field staff.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory obligations for dam safety.
About You
  • A tertiary degree in civil or mechanical engineering or similar field is required.
  • Active registration as an engineer in a related discipline is necessary.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of dam safety management principles are essential.
