Position Overview
Troocoo is seeking a Claims Officer to handle property insurance claims efficiently. This role requires an individual who can provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with the team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and assess incoming insurance claims thoroughly.
- Offer timely responses to member inquiries and ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies.
- Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate them accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance overall performance.
This position involves end-to-end case management, ensuring claims are handled effectively during critical periods. The successful candidate will work closely with members to understand their requirements and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong customer service experience.
- Previous claims handling experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business systems.
- Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset.
