Job Overview

We are seeking a Career Development Professional to support the growth and development of our team. This is a full-time permanent role that provides high-level client support across various locations in the Bowen Basin.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

This role involves monitoring trainee progression, administering traineeships from enrolment to completion, and attending client meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor trainee progress and maintain accurate records;
  • Administer traineeships from enrolment to completion;
  • Attend client meetings and site visits;
  • Provide regular reporting to the team on trainee progress;
  • Support compliance with ASQA and DESBT/DTET standards;
  • Maintain partnerships with government, educational, and other organisations to support training programs;
Requirements:
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build positive relationships;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively;
  • Prior experience in a similar position is advantageous but not required;
