Our organization seeks a diligent and meticulous Client Services Coordinator to assume key support roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage director's calls; address client concerns efficiently.
  • Arrange client appointments and coordinate materials for meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence with professionalism and precision.
  • Draft client engagement letters and initiate new client setups.
  • Maintain client tax packages, including financial statements and tax returns.
  • Update ATO portal and Xero database with client information.
  • Process client lodgements, notices of assessment, and activity statements.
  • Coordinate end-of-month invoicing and mail distribution.
  • Support team members in maintaining client records.
  • Prepare annual ASIC company statements and invoices.
  • Assist in setting up new companies and trusts.
  • Handle ATO applications for TFN/ABN, GST, and PAYG registrations.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in a public practice accounting firm is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Xero and ATO portal are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities are crucial.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy are mandatory.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is vital.
  • Team-oriented individuals with a proactive approach to problem-solving are ideal candidates.
