Job Title: Shift Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead our restaurant operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will oversee the preparation and serving of food, manage inventory, and handle cash transactions while promoting a safe and clean working environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop strategies for improving sales, reducing waste, and increasing customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
