Operational Role in Waste Management

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the waste management industry?

Synaco Global Recruitment have partnered with an industry leading, nationwide waste management company to find a Weighbridge Operator to join their team in Erskine Park.

As a Weighbridge Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming trucks at the landfill entrance
  • Operating the weighbridges and coordinating traffic flow
  • Coordinating export and dispatch activities
  • Entering data accurately into the controlled waste tracking system
  • Providing excellent customer service and directing traffic
  • Maintaining site housekeeping standards

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Moderate computer experience and mathematical aptitude
  • Knowledge of weighbridge operations
  • Experience in the waste industry (desirable)

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with a competitive pay rate, Monday to Friday 3AM-11AM shifts with possible overtime and weekend work. If you're interested in this role, please click 'Apply Now' below.
