Job Title: Simulated Learning Environment Assistant

This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, a team player, and has the ability to demonstrate high-quality customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work flexible hours to cover the requirements of running simulated learning environments.
  • Ensure all interactions are consistent with cultural traits such as customer centricity, professionalism, collaboration, trust, adaptability, accountability, and inspiration.

The successful candidate will possess well-developed communication skills, be willing to learn, and show initiative.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to plan and maintain equipment used for training.
  • Experience in stocktake and identifying consumables and equipment.
  • Capable of setting up and packing down equipment for practical classes.
  • Strong monitoring skills to ensure SLEs are clean and tidy.
  • Proficient in lab booking systems, files, and databases.
  • Familiarity with Safe Operational Procedures (SOP) and recycling practices.
