Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our Sales team based in Mackay.

  • This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and managing sales data.
  • Coordinating deliveries, overseeing stock reorders, preparing orders, and maintaining organisation within the branch.
  • Processing invoices, credit card payments, banking, and office supply purchases.
  • Managing purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Submitting vendor requests and processing changes.
  • Ordering office stationery and ensuring the office is well-stocked.
  • Handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Processing and directing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assisting with duties such as preparing orders and logistics when required.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in administration and office support roles.
  • Hold a valid Forklift Licence.
  • Experience in building materials or similar industries (desired).
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
  • Proficiency in data management and entry.
  • MS Office experience - familiarity with SAP (desired).
  • Effective time management, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
