About the Role

Greencross Vets is seeking an exceptional Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our veterinary hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct advanced diagnostic imaging procedures, including radiography, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and fluoroscopy.
  • Interpret and analyze diagnostic images to identify and diagnose medical conditions in animals.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of veterinarians to guide appropriate treatment and intervention.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of imaging procedures and patient data.
  • Provide guidance and support to veterinary staff regarding diagnostic imaging techniques and findings.
  • Occasionally educate staff and referral partners on diagnostic imaging protocols.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • A veterinary degree registerable in Australia with specialist qualifications (FANZCVS, ACVR, or ECVDI Board-certified).
  • Commitment to gold standard patient care and a "fear-free" approach to patient handling.
  • The confidence and initiative to work autonomously yet lean on your team as needed.
