- The role involves leading the development and implementation of enterprise architecture, maintaining and enhancing core technology platforms, and acting as a critical link between business units and IT.">
- You will define and oversee solution architecture and design for Maximo and related systems, translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.">
- This position requires strong commercial acumen, critical thinking, and the ability to influence outcomes at senior levels.">
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development, implementation, and evolution of enterprise architecture in alignment with strategic objectives.">
- Define, deliver, and maintain Maximo solution architecture, including data models, workflows, and business processes that optimise asset management.">
- Provide authoritative advice on cloud architecture, industry standards, protocols, and best practice to ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.">
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage integration across multiple vendors and platforms.">
- Oversee project scoping, roadmapping, and cost estimation to ensure solutions deliver value for money and align with business cases.">
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure effective delivery of technology solutions and seamless alignment with enterprise architecture and security frameworks.">
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Solution Architects and technical staff, fostering collaboration and building capability.">
- Build and maintain strong networks across internal teams, external stakeholders, and government to ensure coherence in IT strategy and delivery.">

- Mandatory qualifications: graduate degree and appropriate professional software accreditations e.g. IBM Maximo professional certifications or equivalent.">
- Demonstrated success adapting to a fast-paced environment is desirable.">
