Job Title: Service Operations Coordinator

This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our fleet and retail customer equipment.

The primary function of this role will be to coordinate timely repair and maintenance tasks, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer breakdown requests, coordinating with clients and dispatching Field Service Technicians for prompt repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage and communicate with technicians to ensure the availability of spare parts.
  • Create and manage work orders for Field Service Technicians, and accurately record the completion of work in our system.
  • Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance on fleet equipment, ensuring safety for both employees and customers.
  • Continuously analyze and improve scheduling practices to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Field Service Coordinator in a mechanical environment highly regarded but not essential.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume scheduling environment.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
