Key Responsibilities- Work with care coordinators to provide outstanding care to residents, advocating individualized care that enhances and promotes their quality of life.
- Oversee a team of care staff, empowering them through learning, support and leadership to advance the level of service to residents.
- Ensure care governance and quality compliance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.
- Sustain and grow the service through diligent efforts with care planning and community engagement, and plan and implement care initiatives centered on quality improvements.
- Save tax and increase take-home pay by salary packaging everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) per annum.
