The RoleYou will be an integral part of our team, contributing to a model of care that prioritizes resident-centered services. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a clean and organized living space by ensuring all areas of the facility are tidy and well-maintained.
- Cleaning floors, dusting, and polishing furniture to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing residents.
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals in a timely and efficient manner.
As a residential care assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a sense of community among residents. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services and make every effort to build strong relationships with residents and their families.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care that prioritizes resident-centered services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
