Job Description

We are seeking a Project Director to lead complex clinical research trials, driving consistency and quality across assigned portfolios. As a key member of our team, you will oversee trial execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the study budget, maintaining scope and identifying out-of-scope activities
  • Driving change orders to completion with minimal support
  • Ensuring functional areas are aware of study scope and managing their respective tasks
  • Managing financial health, including project profitability, billable hours, and compliance with timely and accurate billing
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in a science or health-related field, with advanced degrees preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience, with 5 years in direct project management
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
