Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex water use enquiries while providing exceptional customer service and education on responsible water usage.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills across a range of mediums.
  • They will also possess strong knowledge and demonstrated skills in Grange, with well-developed organisational and planning skills to achieve work targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support and education on leaks, guiding customers through the leak journey.
  • Investigate and resolve meter misreads, estimates, and projection account rectifications.
  • Use Grange to manage property water use, meter reading and billing, financial details, and event history.
  • Work across multiple applications and screens to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Flex your problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge across a proactive stream of work.

Requirements

  • You will need excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills across a range of mediums.
  • A strong knowledge and demonstrated skills in Grange are also essential.
  • Well-developed organisational and planning skills to achieve work targets are required.
