This role involves working a flexible shift roster and is responsible for the efficient supervision and delivery of customer services for all events and functions.
There are more than 300 events each year, varying from meetings and receptions to major concerts and gala dinners.
The successful candidate will be required to supervise contractor staff and ensure all set up, operational staffing and safety requirements of events held in the venues are met.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer services for events and functions at Sydney Town Hall and associated venues.
- Coordinate with event organisers, security and venue teams to ensure events run smoothly and safely.
- Front of house experience in a supervisory or leadership position for events, performance or live entertainment.
- Current RSA Certification and a first aid certificate.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment health declaration and criminal history check.
