Job Title: Water Therapy InstructorWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Water Therapy Instructor to join our team. As a Water Therapy Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming classes to infants, children, and adults in a state-of-the-art 5-Star pool environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share a passion for water therapy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Instructing swimming classes to various age groups;
- Providing infant and baby swimming lessons;
- Assisting with administrative tasks;
- Liaising with parents of children.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be patient, fun, and passionate about health and fitness. You will also need to hold AUSTSWIM qualifications or equivalent, a Working with Children check, Senior First Aid, and Resuscitation Certificate.
Flexible hours and days are required for this role. Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required. We are inviting direct applicants only, and all Next Gen employees require a valid working with children clearance before commencing.
Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary package for this position, estimated to be around $60,000 per annum. This figure may vary based on your experience and qualifications.
