Senior Fund Accounting Professional

This is a senior role in fund accounting that requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail. The jobholder will lead client relationships and ensure compliance with internal and external procedures.
Main Responsibilities- Review financial reports and profit allocation statements to meet client deadlines.
- Lead the workflows of all client relationships within your account.
- Maintain relationships with investors, auditors, advisors, brokers, and banking partners.
- Develop and maintain KPIs concerning staffing: production, overtime budgeting, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- CPA and Master's preferred but not required.
- 8+ years of Fund Accounting Experience.
- Strong background in financial services, especially with hedge funds, private equity, or investment firms.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. They must be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
