About the Position

This is a senior-level role within our Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets division. You will be part of a dynamic team working closely with partners and lawyers across all offices.

As a senior associate, you will gain exposure to complex and interesting transactions in the market. You will work on public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will be involved in delivering highly successful outcomes in M&A for leading companies and financial sponsors globally.
  • You will gain exposure across a broad range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology, and retail.
