Senior Accountant Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Accountant to lead our team in a career step up. This role offers a chance to contribute to the growth and success of our division.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Oversee preparation and lodgment of financial returns, statements, and compliance documents
- Provide technical support and guidance on complex matters
- Conduct regular quality checks on work to ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies to resolve issues
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulations
- Assist in training junior team members to develop their knowledge and skills
- Participate in meetings to discuss strategies and provide expert advice
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4-7 years of experience in administration, compliance, and supervision
- Strong knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in software platforms
- Experience in managing and mentoring team members
