Airservices Australia is seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our External Communications team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our digital communications channels and corporate brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance our online presence and engagement
  • Manage website content and social media channels to ensure consistent, high-quality communications across various media
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends and competitor activities to inform our communications strategy
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop our brand and ensure consistent usage across all communications materials and content
  • Plan and implement advertising campaigns and promotional activities to promote our brand
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital communications metrics to inform our strategy
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital communications, marketing, or a related role
  • Proven experience managing websites, social media platforms, and digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of brand management and corporate communication strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools)
  • Desirable experience in aviation or another government sector
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital advertising techniques
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Canto) and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
