Maintenance Inventory Manager

A Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for managing the goods receivable, purchasing and control systems in the Engineering Department. They will ensure an effective inventory management system that minimizes costs and maintains quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Develop and administer systems to manage parts and equipment.
- Authorise invoices and manage the credit process for payment.
- Monitor and review stock quantities, prices and material utilisation to maximize usage and minimize wastage.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
- Ensure adequate stocking levels of critical spare parts and materials for the processing plant.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work autonomously.
