Senior Commercial Specification Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Specification Manager to join our team.
About the Role- Proactively engage with architectural firms to present solutions and generate new project opportunities through strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships within the commercial specification space.
- Manage the full project cycle from initial enquiry through to handover with contractors, ensuring seamless execution.
- Pursue opportunities with both new and existing clients, leveraging your expertise in specification sales.
- Work closely with architects during the concept stage to provide tailored and innovative design solutions.
- Prepare project estimates and track project progress through detailed status reporting.
- Stay ahead of market trends, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
- A proven track record in specification sales within construction or architectural solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of the commercial construction process, including technical aptitude.
- An established network of architectural contacts, with experience influencing stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an innovative mindset.
- High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, client-focused attitude, driving success.
