Technical Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technical consultant to join our team in Canberra. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Linux infrastructure, cloud computing, and statistical analysis systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical maintenance and support services within agreed service levels
  • Maintain technical documentation and deliver services to customers to ensure their service level agreements are met
  • Proactively manage customer infrastructure and drive service process improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a system administrator with Linux infrastructure and cloud computing
  • Experience supporting statistical analysis software, database skills, networking skills, and cloud computing certification
  • Python/R programming, PowerShell scripting, Bash scripting, and troubleshooting skills
