Job Description
  • Manage a diverse caseload, delivering high-quality speech therapy services to participants across various settings, including schools, homes, and community centers.
  • Utilize clinical observations, standardized assessments, and evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment goals, ensuring optimal outcomes for participants.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, caregivers, and family members to ensure seamless care coordination and support participant-centered planning.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current certified practising membership with relevant professional organizations.
  • Proven experience as a Speech Therapist, demonstrating expertise in assessment, intervention, and case management.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
