Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our QHSE consultancy team, delivering high-quality services to clients and driving continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

  • Conduct QHSE consultancy services for diverse clients, aligning with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain tailored QHSE management systems that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Perform thorough gap analyses, audits, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to clients on QHSE principles and best practices, ensuring a positive impact on their operations.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and certifications required for ISO compliance, facilitating seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes, industry standards, and best practices in QHSE, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes and foster a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Champion a proactive approach to HSE, empowering teams to take ownership of HSE practices and promote a positive safety culture.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant WHS legislation, standards, and company policies, maintaining a robust framework for HSE management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HSE systems, including audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments, providing expert advice and support.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance and improve our Enable HR system, driving business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the development and implementation of environmental management plans, promoting sustainability and responsible business practices.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in QHSE management, preferably within consultancy or a similar industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and their implementation processes, with a strong understanding of their applications and benefits.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset and a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Relevant qualifications in Quality, Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, with a strong understanding of theoretical concepts and practical applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, with a strong focus on deliverables and results.
