Job Title: Industrial Logistics Team Lead

About This Role

The role of the Industrial Logistics Team Lead is to support a team in meeting contractual commitments and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will coordinate logistics personnel, respond to alerts, and facilitate Kaizen projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, shipment coordination, and warehouse activities.
  • Respond to first-level alerts and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Facilitate Kaizen projects to improve work standards and processes.
  • Manage and handle parts, components, materials, and subassemblies in the warehouse.
  • Perform physical and logical incoming and outgoing operations, and record them in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Analyse causes of deviations in inventories and conduct shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of industrial management control and the Multi Year Budget (MYB) process.
  • Knowledge of supply chain roles and inventory management methodologies.
  • Implementation of continuous improvement and management tools (Lean).
  • Practice of analytical and problem-solving techniques.
  • Routine use of ERP and understanding of the underlying logic.
