About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Manager to join our team at ING Bank N.V.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the release process and ensuring the overall quality of releases
  • Managing release change management, including CAB, PRAM, and cross-tribe coordination
  • Working with tribes to ensure a consistent release process
  • Coordinating releases across the enterprise for multiple applications and teams
  • Communicating key project plans, commitments, and changes to stakeholders

Requirements
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of core technology, including J2 EE,.NET, Azure Dev Ops, and GIT Branching & Merging

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, written, and verbal communication skills
