This is a unique opportunity to work as a full-time Locum Physiotherapist in a hospital based in regional Victoria. The role involves treating a diverse caseload across inpatient, community, residential aged care, and outpatient settings.
The successful applicant will demonstrate adaptability, autonomy, and clinical expertise in managing a range of patient presentations.
- Key areas of practice include:
- Inpatient general medical and orthopaedic caseloads
- Community-based outpatient clinics
- Group rehab programs - orthopaedics and falls & balance
- Residential aged care assessments and reviews
- Supervision and delegation to Allied Health Assistants
- Occasional sole practitioner responsibilities
This generalist physiotherapy position offers a challenging and rewarding experience for an experienced Physiotherapist.
Key Responsibilities- Treating a diverse caseload in various settings
- Providing high-quality patient care and services
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Tertiary qualification as a Physiotherapist
- Full driver's licence
- Police Check and Working With Children Check
- Up-to-date immunisation history and / or serology
- Demonstrated clinical experience and communication skills
